What running in the browser means
When you drop an image or a CSV on the page, your browser reads it from your device and processes it right there. There is no upload step and no server keeping a copy. Close the tab and it is gone.
That has limits: a browser opens only the formats it supports, and very large files are slow. For more file types or many files at once, 1xQuickConvertFormat does it on a Mac.
The four tools
- Convert images to JPG, PNG, WebP: WebP, AVIF, PNG, GIF, BMP and SVG images to JPG, PNG or WebP, with quality and size options.
- Fix TCVN3 and VNI text: paste text typed in .VnTime or VNI and see the Unicode version; reverse it when you need to.
- Check a CSV encoding: find out whether a file is UTF-8, Windows-1258, VISCII or a legacy font, preview it and save a UTF-8 copy for Excel.
- Find the right converter: pick the format you have and the one you need, and see which tool to use.

Is there a usage limit?
No. The tools run on your device, so there is no quota.
Do they work on a phone?
Yes. The layout adapts to the screen. Speed depends on the phone and the file size.
